The Wellbeing Choir takes an holistic approach to promoting and maintaining good mental and physical health through singing. It is a choir open to the whole community though aimed at supporting individuals, suffering with, or recovering from a mental illness or chronic medical disability.
All choirs return to practice after the summer break, starting with Chelmsley Wood on Monday 5th (5.30-7pm), Sutton Coldfield on Tuesday 6th (6.30-8pm) and Bournville Gardens on Thursday 8th (1.45-3.15pm)
No need to book, no auditions – just turn up and sing! See you there!
